again<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, it was also reported that around 10,000 passengers were affected by the train system\u2019s limited operations.<\/p>\n<p>Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) spokesman Migs Sagcal later announced that 14 MRT trains operating after six of its trains encountered problems.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Fourteen train sets now running, up from (five) train sets earlier this afternoon,&#8221;
