MANILA — Max’s Restaurant will open new branches in the United States, Canada and the United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n

Max’s is opening\u00a0in areas where there is a growing community of Filipino workers.<\/p>\n

“We want to give these hard-working Pinoys a taste of home, which they have surely missed. At the same time, we get the opportunity to open new markets by offering our food to foreign diners,” Robert Trota, President and CEO of the Max\u2019s Group, said in a statement.<\/p>\n

The restaurant has recently opened its fourth store in the United Arab Emirates at Al Ain and is planning to open its first store in Qatar.<\/p>\n

It has also partnered with Foodmark, LLC Group, responsible for the development of the franchise in the Middle East.<\/p>\n

Two other branches will also be opened in the UAE under the Foodmark group.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the restaurant will also be opening a branch in Scarborough Canada.<\/p>\n

It will also open a branch in Daly City located along Gellert Boulevard, its 10th store in the US, this month.<\/p>\n

“This is a great source of pride for us\u2014not just as restaurateurs but also as Filipinos. Our homegrown brand can go head-to-head with the best in the world,” Trota added.<\/p>\n
