Grace Poe&#8217;s Facebook page)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA &#8212; Justice Secretary Leila de Lima on Thursday said that state prosecutors recommended to file criminal charges against 90 Moro rebels following the death of 35 police commandos during the Mamasapano operation.<\/p>\n<p>A report on the Mamasapano clash has already been\u00a0submitted to the Department of Justice, according \u00a0to De Lima in a news conference.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will review this report this weekend.
