Effective 1 p.m. Wednesday, all units of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) in Luzon were placed on &#8220;red alert&#8221; in anticipation of the entry of typhoon &#8220;Chedeng&#8221; over Northern Luzon.<\/p>\n<p>The units now on &#8220;red alert&#8221;
