Dalan)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA &#8212;\u00a0Makati Mayor Jejomar Erwin &#8220;Junjun&#8221; Binay on Tuesday criticized the Department of Interior and Local Government for failing to follow the\u00a0Court of Appeal&#8217;s temporary restraining order on the mayor&#8217;s suspension order.<\/p>\n<p>Binay questioned how the DILG interpreted the Ombudsman&#8217;s six-month suspension order.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kung meron man po silang mga katanungan itanong po nila ito sa korte. Wag po silang sila-sila lang mismo ang nag-iinterpret ng ruling ng Court of Appeals,&#8221; Binay said in a press conference.<\/p>\n<p>(If they have questions, they should ask the court. They should not have interpreted the ruling of the Court of Apeals.)<\/p>\n<p>Binay was earlier suspended for his alleged involvement in the overpriced construction of the Makati City Hall parking building.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ang nakakalungkot ay parang may martial law dito sa Makati&#8230; Kailangan ho bang umikot-ikot si Col. Jamias na pinalilibutan ng mga pulis na may dalang armalite?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>(What is more deppressing is that there seems to be a martial law here in Makati. Does\u00a0 Col.
