(Photo by Rey Baniquet \/ Malaca\u00f1ang Photo Bureau \/ PCOO)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA &#8212; The\u00a0Philippine National Police&#8217;s (PNP) Board of Inquiry (BOI) on the Mamasapano incident remains unfazed by\u00a0the speech of President Benigno Aquino III.<\/p>\n<p>Aquino claimed on Monday\u00a0that he was fooled by Special Action Force chief Getulio Napenas on the operation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Absolutely, it has nothing to do with that (Presiden&#8217;t speech).Na surprise nga kami&#8230; pero walang pumigil sa aming resolve na alamin ang katotohanan. Walang pressure sa amin, walang distraction,&#8221;\u00a0BOI head Police Director Benjamin Magalong told reporters during an interview.<\/p>\n<p>(We were surpirsed.. Bit nothing will stop our resolve to know the truth.
