The event aims to promote opportunities in the infrastructure sector in the Philippines, and is being organized in partnership with the Philippine government\u2019s Department of Trade and Industry, and the Public Private Partnership Center.<br \/>\nOrganizers are hoping to beat the record of the previous road show, which saw the participation of 250 big corporations and 50 small and medium companies<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are going to take government people, Philippine investors and contractors and British companies who are here and we\u2019ll match them with the invited guests,\u201d Ahmad said.<\/p>\n<p>As for the retail sector, Ahmad pointed out that the Philippines is a \u201cspending population\u201d and this is very attractive to British brands looking to expand their market.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are so many opportunities.
