Pangilinan said Osaka Gas is keen to construct a gas plant in the country with a capacity of 1,200 to 1,500 megawatts (MW) with Meralco.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt (project) might be done in phases but it\u2019s up to 1,500 MW,\u201d Pangilinan told reporters.<\/p>\n<p>Pangilinan said the USD 2-billion investments include setting up a regasification facility.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have to build a regas(ification facility).
