Shanice Garcia \/ PCI.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA &#8212; The Department of Justice (DOJ) has urged telecommunications companies (telcos) to use the so-called \u201ckill-switch\u201d feature to protect the cellphone subscribers.<\/p>\n<p>DOJ Secretary Leila M.
