De Lima on Friday said that \u201cconjugal privileges\u201d of inmates at the New Bilibid Prisons (NBP) will be allowed on Valentine&#8217;s Day.<\/p>\n<p>De Lima added that the &#8220;stay-in privilege&#8221; will also be allowed, but strict security will also be implemented.<\/p>\n<p>De Lima explained that this means that the wives of the inmates will be allowed to be with their respective partners in life during the special day of the hearts.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cvisitation privilege\u201d of inmates at the NBP was recently restored after it was suspended by the DOJ and Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) following the grenade-throwing incident inside the NBP\u2019s Maximum Security Compound (MSC) in Muntinlupa City last January 8.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MANILA &#8212; Department of Justice (DOJ) Secretary Leila M.
