MANILA \u2013 Senators Antonio Trillanes IV and Senate Majority Leader Alan Peter Cayetano belittled on Thursday the rumor of destabilization plot against President Benigno S. Aquino III.<\/p>\n

\u201dI don\u2019t see it happening,\u201d Trillanes, a former Navy officer who led the 2003 Oakwood Mutiny aimed at ousting then President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, said in the Kapihan sa Senado media forum.<\/p>\n

Trillanes said any destabilization plot would not succeed without the support of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP).<\/p>\n

\u201dThis humor of destabilization plot is purely social movement or at worst, mass action only.<\/p>\n
