To recall, the bid failed last October, after none of the prospective bidders made an offer.<\/p>\n<p>Among bidders include Busan Transport Corp, Mosan-Inekon Phils Ltd Co, SMRT International Pte Ltd, Miescorrail Inc and D.M.
