Kwesi Millington was among four officers who confronted Dziekanski at the airport in October 2007, and the Mounties were later charged with perjury for their testimony at a subsequent public inquiry.<\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;ve been accused of lying when they explained apparent discrepancies between what they wrote in their police notes and told investigators and what happened on an amateur video of the incident.<\/p>\n<p>The Crown alleges the officers colluded to fake a story and then lied at the inquiry to cover it up.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, a judge acquitted Const.
