Nevertheless, the government is working closely with Interpol and Southeast Asian neighbors to \u201cidentify any threat whatsoever coming from any direction.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The government already asked 25,000 to 50,000 security forces. Moreover, many of the arrangements from the organizers have been \u201caccommodated\u201d by the government, according to the President.<\/p>\n<p>The arrival of Pope Francis is both state and apostolic, thus both the Philippine government and the Church are the host.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, the government wanted an enclosed \u201cpopemobile\u201d for the Pope.
