Jinggoy Estrada was \u201cvery similar\u201d to the handwriting of \u201cJuan Ng,\u201d prompting the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) to claim that Estrada and Ng are one and the\u00a0same.<\/p>\n<p>AMLC noted that the senator has three bank accounts under Ng\u2019s name. The money that goes directly to the said bank accounts were said to be the senator\u2019s kickback from his pork barrel.<\/p>\n<p>The use of dummies by Estrada greatly reminded the public of the \u201cJose Velarde\u201d account which was the very reason why his father, ex-President and now Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada was convicted of punder.<\/p>\n<p>According to the AMLC report, the signatures for the bank transactions of Estrada are reminiscent of the senator\u2019s own handwriting. The AMLC also mentioned that Estrada was able to receive P157.6 million in \u201ccommissions or rebates\u201d under the bogus foundations of pork barrel queen Janet Lim-Napoles.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cConsidering all the foregoing, there are indications of money laundering scheme using bank accounts,\u201d the AMLC said in its 90-page report.<\/p>\n<p>It added, \u201cThere is, however, a need to conduct further investigation to determine the extent of the subject\u2019s participation and identify the other monetary instruments that were possibly involved in the laundering scheme.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The AMLC team, spearheaded by Orlando Negradas Jr., discovered that the signature of the check\u2019s were actually the senator\u2019s handwriting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MANILA \u2013 The signature and handwriting of detained Sen.
