Jesus Gatchalian to \u201cfile all necessary administrative and criminal cases\u201d against P03 Paul Barriosa Santoeli, P03 Jay Salondro Ilagan, P01 Joeyluz Guiruela Pulusan, and P01 Roger Uy Reble, all members of the Police Community Precinct 2 of Bacoor City Police Station.<\/p>\n<p>A report from Sr. Supt.
