ALBERT, Alberta &#8212; Mounties have laid charges almost three months after transit bus crashed through two backyards north of Edmonton.<\/p>\n<p>A St. Albert Transit bus was in a residential area when it rove off the road and hit a fence and a shed around 6 p.m. on Sept. 30.<\/p>\n<p>The bus continued through the backyard, pushing a trampoline and breaking another fence.<\/p>\n<p>It then collided with the deck of a second home before stopping.<\/p>\n<p>RCMP say there were no mechanical problems with the bus before or at the time it crashed.<\/p>\n<p>Neil Christensen is set to appear in court in St. Albert on Jan. 27 on a charge of careless driving.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ST.
