De Lima on Wednesday said that the Department of Justice (DOJ) will conduct a second inspection inside the New Bilibid Prisons (NBP), the target of which, are those who were also convicted of drug cases.<\/p>\n<p>According to De Lima, the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) is just finalizing the list of the inmates who will be the \u201ctarget\u201d of the new raid to be conducted.<\/p>\n<p>De Lima expressed the belief that the selling of illegal drugs involving drug convicts will be neutralized following the transfer of their detention facility at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).<\/p>\n<p>She said that the movement and influence of the drug convicts were limited when they were separated from other prisoners.<\/p>\n<p>During the conduct of the inspection last Monday, confiscated were firearms, illegal drugs, communications gadget, appliances and cash, in peso and dollar denominations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MANILA &#8212; Justice Secretary Leila M.
