Daniel Zuckerkandel \/ Shutterstock<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1418657947218_5732\" class=\"yiv6956232222MsoNormal\">MANILA \u2013 Despite the ongoing investigation conducted by the Department of Agrarian Reform, the owner of the Batangas farm allegedly owned by Vice President Jejomar Binay remains unknown.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1418657947218_5747\" class=\"yiv6956232222MsoNormal\">Only the beneficiaries of lands distributed through the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform have names on the records of the department.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1418657947218_5751\" class=\"yiv6956232222MsoNormal\">Names of the applicants with approved transfer clearances are also indicated in their list.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1418657947218_5752\" class=\"yiv6956232222MsoNormal\">This means that they are yet to make a conclusion on the ownership of the Rosario farmland allegedly owned by Binay.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1418657947218_5753\" class=\"yiv6956232222MsoNormal\">DAR said that they needed sufficient information to back whatever conclusion they will make.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1418657947218_5754\" class=\"yiv6956232222MsoNormal\">&#8220;The documents in our possession right now do not conclusively show that he (Binay) owns the land.
