MANILA \u2013 The full-year net satisfaction rating average of President Benigno Aquino III dipped to a record low this year.<\/p>\n

His full-year record is despite the improved net score recorded by the latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey for December.<\/p>\n

According to the Fourth Quarter 2014 Social Weather Report, 63 percent are not satisfied with Aquino\u2019s performance.<\/p>\n

Of the 1,800 respondents who answered the survey, 24 percent said they are not satisfied causing a \u201cgood\u201d net satisfaction rating plus 39.<\/p>\n

While Aquino\u2019s latest score is several points higher than the plus 34 rating he got for the month of September, it is still his third lowest so far.<\/p>\n

During the September survey, Aquino got 59 percent of satisfaction while 25 percent remained dissatisfied allowing him to have the \u201cgood\u201d SWS rate.<\/p>\n

A rating of +70 and above is considered as \u201cexcellent\u201d; +50 to +69 as \u201cvery good\u201d; +30 to +49, \u201cgood\u201d; +10 to +29, \u201cmoderate\u201d; +9 to -9, \u201cneutral\u201d; -10 to -29, \u201cpoor\u201d; -30 to -49, \u201cbad\u201d; -50 to -69, \u201cvery bad\u201d; -70 and below, \u201cexecrable.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cPerhaps it\u2019s the good work that continues to show the efforts that the administration puts in to push for programs that would directly benefit the people,\u201d Abigail Valte, deputy presidential spokesperson, said in a press briefing.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe note that from the last decline in June for the second quarter, so far the numbers have consistently been going up, and we extend our appreciation to the people for their continued support for President Aquino and his administration,\u201d Valte said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m sure they have a lot more to say \u2026 It\u2019s the same rating that the President received in May 2012, that\u2019s 63 (percent). The highest that he ever received, at least for this particular survey firm, is at 77 (percent)\u2014that was August 2012. I will leave that to them, whatever they still have to say. But, again, this will just encourage the administration to push further with the reforms,\u201d Valte added.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
