Aquino III (Photo by Ryan Lim \/ Malacanang Photo Bureau)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA, Philippines \u2013 Malaca\u00f1ang said yesterday that on account of Typhoon Ruby (Hagupit) President Benigno Aquino III has opted to cancel his trip to South Korea.
