Akbar Muhamad, a promoter from United Aram Emirates, already offered $110 to Mayweather to stage the bout in Abu Dhabi.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Pacquaio already expressed his willingness to fight Mayweather after beating Chris Algieri in Macau.
