is traversing the sea in the island province of Marinduque headed towards Batangas.<\/p>\n<p>He said still expected are storm surges once tropical storm Ruby makes landfall and also in areas under public storm warning signals Nos. 3 and no. 2.<\/p>\n<p>Loiz said once it makes landfall, expect Ruby\u2019s maximum wind strength to decrease due to its interaction with landmass.<\/p>\n<p>In another interview, PAGASA weather forecaster Alvin Pura said that tropical storm &#8220;Ruby&#8221;
