Six provinces are without power due to the devastation of Typhoon &#8220;Ruby&#8221;, said the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>The provinces without power are Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, Sorsogon, Leyte, Iloilo and Bohol.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the NGCP&#8217;s 3:00 p.m. update, the provinces have been left without power due to the following electric cooperatives in the areas affected by the typhoon &#8212;
