Photo courtesy of MMDA&#8217;s official Facebook page.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA \u2013 The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced that they will be implementing several changes in preparation for the holiday season.<\/p>\n<p>MMDA Chair Francis Tolentino on Thursday said that a moratorium will be imposed on the ongoing projects of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) from the first week of December to the first week of January 2015.
