There have been a number of visits to and fro. They have been observing China, and I think Indonesia last year, and we\u2019ve been doing workshops, assisting in Manila as well,\u201d Bollard said.<\/p>\n<p>Asked on how he would rate the Philippines\u2019 preparation based on his most recent observations, Bollard said: \u201cI\u2019d rate it very high.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He said they are \u2018very confident\u2019 that it\u2019s going to be organized given the many contingency plans that Philippine observers have been coming up with whenever necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Philippines\u2019 hosting of the event next year will be its second.
