All the documents we have asked for, he refuses to submit, but we have submitted numerous documents,\u201d Cayetano said during a blue ribbon committee hearing last Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>The senator also revealed that the payments to the Batangas Electric Corp for the property\u2019s electric consumption were made through electronic checks through the Metrobank branch on J.P.
