Makiling from the University of the Philippines Los Ba\u00f1os to the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP).<\/p>\n<p>Makati Rep. Mar-len Abigail Binay said the withdrawal of House Bill No. 04325 was because officials of the UPLB offered a different site to the BSP.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDuring the committee hearing [in the] 15th Congress, the bill was withdrawn because I was informed by J.R. Pangilinan that UPLB was offering a different site so there was no need to pursue the bill,\u201d Binay said through her father\u2019s spokesman, Joey Salgado.<\/p>\n<p>The statement was made following several sources\u2019 allegations that Vice President Binay attempted to acquire full control of the Mt.
