MANILA – As President Aquino goes back to saying that he is in the last two minutes of his term, the issue of extending his term seems to be dead.<\/p>\n

Aquino mentioned this so-called “last two minutes of his term” during the Philippine Business Conference and Expo on Friday.<\/p>\n

The President added that he is urging government departments to concentrate on maximizing the remaining year of his term in giving service to the public.<\/p>\n
