Georges Biard \/ Wikimedia Commons.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>WASHINGTON\u2014While the World War II drama \u201cFury\u201d depicts a gruesome look at war through the exploits of a tank crew in Nazi Germany, Brad Pitt feels his 13-year old son Maddox can handle the content.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s a World War II buff,\u201d Pitt told the Associated Press Wednesday night on the red carpet for the film\u2019s world premiere.<\/p>\n<p>Some have criticized the film\u2019s stark brutality. Scenes of soldier\u2019s body\u2019s getting torn up during rapid machine-gun fire or a tank commander decapitated has the made the film a little too real<\/p>\n<p>The newly married father of six contends when it comes to what\u2019s appropriate for his children, he comes from \u201canother generation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy father would take us to the drive-in as very young kids and we\u2019d see Clint Eastwood movies and Kung Fu movies,\u201d the 50-year old actor said.<\/p>\n<p>He added: \u201cThe world is a beautiful place, but it\u2019s also a very violent place. We talk about it afterwards, so I\u2019m not so opposed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On the subject of family, Pitt was amused at the notion that he and George Clooney had a pact that they would both get married.
