Imee Marcos issued a 30-day suspension against him on May 22 after Kremlin Alupay filed the case against him on April 7.<\/p>\n<p>According to the witnesses, Garvida, who was accompanied by two men, fired two shots and poken his gun at Alupay.<\/p>\n<p>Garvida denied this noting that he only tried to stop the quarry operation.
