While it is true that as a general rule, you act on the motion for bail after the presentation of the prosecution\u2019s evidence, pero (but) there are instances where it appears already that on the (pieces of) evidence presented, \u2018wala naman talagang kaso (there\u2019s no case at all),\u201d said Binay.<\/p>\n<p>It could be noted that Binay also faced suspension from his post as the Makati City mayor during former president Arroyo\u2019s term.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPwede mo na talagang resolbahin yun, pero hindi nireresolba. Ka-babaeng tao, presidente yun, o minsan naging presidente. May sakit pa. Tama ba yun? Palagay ko hindi naman ho yata tama yun,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>(It is very possible to resolve it, but it is not being done. She\u2019s a woman, she was once a President and she is sick. Is that right?
