The organization gives the International Emmy Awards in recognition of excellence in shows produced outside of the United States.<\/p>\n<p>Three other international shows have been nominated in the Telenovela category, namely: \u201c30 Lives: Maxim Bouchard\u201d from Canada, Belmonte\u201d from Portugal, and \u201cPrecious Pearl\u201d from Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s prestigious awarding ceremony will be held on November 24 at the New York Hilton Hotel.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy Husband\u2019s Lover,\u201d which starred Dennis Trillo and Tom Rodriguez as the gay lovers and Carla Abellana as the wife, was produced and aired in 2013 by the GMA-7 Kapuso Network from June-October 2103.<\/p>\n<p>The Filipino drama television series about a love triangle between a husband, his wife, and his gay lover was created and developed by Suzette Doctolero.
