Despite the decline, Binay still continues to be top performer among government officials.<\/p>\n<p>Binay\u2019s net satisfaction score declined by 15 points to 52 (70 percent satisfied, 17 percent dissatisfied) from 67 (78 percent satisfied, 11 percent dissatisfied) in the second quarter.<\/p>\n<p>This is also lower than his previous score of \u201cvery good\u201d 57 in November 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Despite this, Binay expressed gratitude for the ratings.<\/p>\n<p>According to his political affairs spokesman Jonvic Remulla, Binay is still satisfied given that 70 percent of Filipinos are contented with his performance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe numbers are surprising. Despite the toxic atmosphere brought about by the kangaroo court of the Senate and the incessant attacks by political detractors, he still outperforms the rest of the field.
