(Pexels photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) on Thursday appealed anew to the public to be considerate in expressing their sentiments against the 13-year-old daughter of Police Master Sgt. Jonel Nuezca who recently gunned down two civilians in Paniqui, Tarlac.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are manifestations of trauma.
