Ang problema lang po talaga ay iyong<\/em>\u00a0availability,<em>\u00a0kasi iyong lahat ng mga bansa nag-uunahan makakuha, so hindi mo maaalis sa<\/em>\u00a0manufacturers\u00a0<em>na magkakaroon sila ng parang<\/em>\u00a0quota (to allot their own funds to purchase vaccines.
