(PNA File Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Malaca\u00f1ang on Tuesday warned &#8220;tiangges&#8221; or bazaar operators of possible closure if they fail to observe minimum health and safety standards to prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).<\/p>\n<p>In a Palace press briefing, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque issued the reminder as more people are expected to flock to tiangges with the holiday season fast approaching.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIri<\/em>-remind\u00a0<em>ko lang po ang mga<\/em>\u00a0<em>tiangge<\/em>\u00a0operators,\u00a0<em>pupuwede po kayong mapasara kapag hindi po ninyo in<\/em>-observe\u00a0<em>ang<\/em>\u00a0social distancing (Let me remind tiangge operators, you can be closed down if you don\u2019t observe social distancing),\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He also reminded them to ensure that only a limited number of shoppers inside their stores and that there are designated entry and exit points for shoppers.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cPupuwede namang pong limitahan iyong mga pumapasok sa mga tiangge, kinakailangan lang magkaroon ng<\/em>\u00a0special entry\u00a0<em>at<\/em>\u00a0the exit point.\u00a0<em>Kapag hindi po kayo nag<\/em>-control\u00a0<em>ng<\/em>\u00a0crowd,\u00a0<em>baka mapasara kayo, lalo kayong mawalan ng negosyo<\/em>\u00a0(You can limit the number of people entering the tiangge, there should be a special entry and exit point.
