Ariel Corsino, head of the Sulu drug enforcement unit; since they are also liable under the doctrine of command responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>A police report from the Sultan Mastura police station said at around 1:45 p.m. Saturday, Annayo alighted from his vehicle to buy a drink along Narciso Ramos Highway in Barangay Macabiso when unidentified suspects on board a sports utility vehicle gunned him down and fled towards Parang town.<\/p>\n<p>Annayo was killed on the spot after succumbing to gunshot wounds in the head and different parts of his body.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MANILA\u00a0\u2013 Philippine National Police (PNP) chief, Gen.
