(Presidential Photo via PNA)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 The cost of damage to agriculture caused by Typhoon Ulysses has climbed to PHP2.14 billion, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said Monday.<\/p>\n<p>In its 10 a.m. update, the agency said the cost of damage was higher than Sunday figures, which was only around PHP1.2 billion.
