(Shutterstock photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 A female judge was shot dead by her clerk of court inside her office at the Manila City Hall on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>In a spot report, Maj.
