(File <a href=\"https:\/\/commons.wikimedia.org\/w\/index.php?curid=27941358\">Photo By Hans Olav Lien &#8211; Own work, CC BY-SA 3.0<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 At least 11 municipalities and two cities in the province of Albay now have access to voice, text, and internet services provided by Globe Telecom (Globe) on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>In an advisory, Globe said these are the cities of Legazpi and Ligao and the towns of Bacacay, Daraga, Guinobatan, Jovellar, Libon, Manito, Oas, Pio Duran, Polangui, Rapu-Rapu, and Sto.
