(Screenshot via PNA)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Instead of manually filling up contact tracing forms, air passengers will soon be required to use the contact tracing mobile application (app) Traze to enter any airport in the country, an official of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) said on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>In a virtual presser during the launch of the Traze app for airports, CAAP Chief of Staff Atty. Danjun Lucas said that while the app may already be used by airport passengers, it is still optional while a month-long information campaign is ongoing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Magkakaroon po tayo ng<\/em>\u00a0transition\u00a0<em>kung saan ngayon ay<\/em>\u00a0voluntary\u00a0<em>po, yun naman po ang utos ng ating mahal na<\/em>\u00a0Secretary [Arthur Tugade].\u00a0<em>Sa loob po ng<\/em>\u00a030 days<em>\u00a0saka ito gagawin itong<\/em>\u00a0mandatory\u00a0<em>sa lahat ng mananakay<\/em>\u00a0(There will be a transition where it is currently voluntary, as ordered by Secretary Tugade.
