(PNA File Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA \u2013 Foreigners with investors\u2019 visa would be allowed to enter the Philippines subject to strict protocols starting November 1, Malaca\u00f1ang said on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said these foreigners include those with visas issued by the Bureau of Immigration pursuant to Executive Order No. 226, or the Omnibus Investments Code, as amended, and Republic Act.
