(PCOO photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 The subsidy program that will enable micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to release the 13th month pay of their employees is still being studied, Malaca\u00f1ang said Monday.<\/p>\n<p>In a Palace press briefing, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said the Department of Finance (DOF) is waiting for more information from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cKinakailangan aktuhan muna iyan ng<\/em>\u00a0DOF and before the press briefing<em>\u00a0tinanong ko po ang<\/em>\u00a0DOF,\u00a0<em>may mga impormasyon pa raw po silang hinihintay sa<\/em>\u00a0DOLE.\u00a0<em>Siguro<\/em>\u00a0I will bridge\u00a0<em>para malaman na natin ang kasagutan<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 yes\u00a0<em>kung<\/em>\u00a0yes; no\u00a0<em>kung<\/em>\u00a0no (The DOF has to act on it and before the press briefing, I asked the DOF and they said they\u2019re still waiting for information from the DOLE.
