MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 The Quiapo Church has urged devotees to start using its mobile app for their prayer intentions.<\/p>\n

In a Twitter post, it said using the app, the people will bring and make viable their devotion to the Black Nazarene wherever they are during the coronavirus disease pandemic.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou can use this app for mass and prayer intentions, a guide in praying the Holy Rosary, Novena to the Black Nazarene, Via Crucis at Via Lucis and everyday prayer,\u201d the Quiapo Church said.<\/p>\n

The devotees just need to click the link to download the app.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor Android: play.google.com\/store\/apps\/det, while for iOS, apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/id15334,” it said.<\/p>\n

The Quiapo Church vowed to add more features in the mobile app.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe will try to add more features in the app for the growth of their (devotees) faith and devotion during this time,\u201d it added.<\/p>\n

The Catholic Church encouraged the people to use social media to be able to attend masses as the number of people inside churches are only limited to a 10-percent seating capacity of the venue in areas under general community quarantine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
