(PNA file photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) on Monday welcomed the passage of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) resolution expressing support and cooperation for the country\u2019s efforts to protect human rights.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The UNHRC resolution is a welcome development on the part of the Inter-agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs (ICAD) Advocacy Cluster headed by the DILG. This move is a recognition that the government\u2019s approach against illegal drugs is holistic. We are not only focusing on the supply reduction side but also on the demand reduction aspect,\u201d said DILG Secretary Eduardo M.
