(PCOO file photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) confirmed that Secretary Teodoro Locsin, Jr. flew to China on Friday for a bilateral meeting with his Chinese counterpart State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Upon the invitation of Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi, Secretary of Foreign Affairs Teodoro L.
