(Screengrab from PNP Facebook Live video via PNA)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 In line with the Philippine National Police (PNP) efforts to decongest its camps nationwide through facilities development, a multi-level car park building in Camp Crame, Quezon City has been formally opened on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>PNP chief, Gen. Camilo Cascolan led the inauguration of the building worth PHP153.71-million and bankrolled through the PNP Trust Receipts Fund, can accommodate 462 vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>PNP spokesperson Col.
