The CBSA Criminal Investigations Section alleges that Roger BHATTI, 61, of Delta, B.<\/p>\n<div style=\"position:absolute;left:-99195px;\"> buy cialis soft online <a href=\"https:\/\/cosmeticdermcenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/jpg\/cialis-soft.html\">https:\/\/cosmeticdermcenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/jpg\/cialis-soft.html<\/a> no prescription pharmacy <\/div>\n<p>C., and Sofiane DAHAK, 52, of Vancouver, B.C., colluded with the foreign nationals to misrepresent the foreign nationals\u2019 claims for refugee protection before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB).<\/p>\n<div style=\"position:absolute;left:-99195px;\"> buy neurontin online <a href=\"https:\/\/cosmeticdermcenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/jpg\/neurontin.html\">https:\/\/cosmeticdermcenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/jpg\/neurontin.html<\/a> no prescription pharmacy <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>BHATTI is charged on the following counts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>misrepresenting material facts in relation to refugee claims, pursuant to Section 127(a) of the\u00a0<em>Immigration and Refugee Protection Act<\/em>\u00a0(x8);<\/li>\n<li>counselling misrepresentation of material facts in relation to refugee claims, pursuant to Section 126 of the\u00a0<em>Immigration and Refugee Protection Act<\/em>\u00a0(x1);<\/li>\n<li>forgery, pursuant to Section 366(1)(b) of the\u00a0<em>Criminal Code<\/em>\u00a0(x4); and,<\/li>\n<li>use of a forged document, pursuant to Section 368(1)(b) of the\u00a0<em>Criminal Code<\/em>\u00a0(x7).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DAHAK is charged on the following counts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>misrepresenting material facts in relation to refugee claims, pursuant to Section 127(a) of the\u00a0<em>Immigration and Refugee Protection Act<\/em>\u00a0(x7); and<\/li>\n<li>counselling misrepresentation of material facts in relation to refugee claims, pursuant to Section 126 of the\u00a0<em>Immigration and Refugee Protection Act<\/em>\u00a0(x1).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The CBSA alleges these offences were committed between February 2002 and March 2014 while BHATTI practised as a lawyer and DAHAK acted as an interpreter. The CBSA began investigating their activities in 2012 and executed search warrants on June 4, 2014, thereafter reviewing evidence connected to a number of refugee claims.
