(PCOO file photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>MANILA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Malaca\u00f1ang on Friday assured the public that the government would not slow down on its efforts to cleanse state insurer Philippine Health Insurance Corp.
